Feng Shui Consultations

Feng Shui translated literally means "wind" and "water".  It is the Chinese philosophy that dates back 5000 years, when people sought ways to seek harmony between themselves and their environment.  Today, Feng Shui relies on the same principles and theories to create a balanced flow of energy in our homes and our lives.  The contemporary definition of Feng Shui is "the study of how we are affected by the environment and how to manipulate our surroundings to enhance our lives and our fortunes".

Feng Shui is rapidly becoming a standard practice for creating the ideal and balanced environment in which to live and work.  While working with a trained practitioner the energy of an environment is enhanced.  Through this revitalization of our living or work setting, stagnant or unhealthy energies and emotions are removed.  This changes the situation's intention thus, setting the stage for improved health, relationships, creativity, and prosperity! 

Taking care of our physical bodies is a good place to begin, but is not enough!  It is extremely important to clear, cleanse and energize our surroundings.  Our homes and offices have their own energetic pattern or energy flow which directly affects your life on all levels.  Feng Shui is a way of obtaining and maintaining balanced chi not only in our homes and offices, but in ourselves as well.  Feng Shui is both internal and external and goes beyond the outer environment to encompass body, mind, and soul.

It's especially valuable to do a consultation at the beginning of each new year.

By being conscious of your desires and of your surroundings profound changes can occur.  This allows you to be all that you can be. Feng Shui has made an enormous difference in the lives of clients and it can in yours as well!


What's Involved?

The consultation includes a preliminary interview, on-line support from initiation through completion of the consultation process (typically two - three weeks), on-site visit(s), a detailed workup of the data, and a final report.  Prior to the site visit(s), I ask you to provide information about yourself and your home or office.  I will use this information as a starting point for the consultation.  This will help to focus your intent on what you wish to accomplish and will make the consultation that much more effective.  During the site visit, I will talk with you and examine the space.  Following the visit, I will make recommendations for possible changes and enhancements that will support you and assist you in achieving your goals.  These reccomendations will be prepared as a detailed analysis which, will be presented to you in a bound report.

How long will the on site portion of the consultation be?  The length of time will vary depending upon the complexity of your requirements.  Typically, an on-site consultation lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours. 

What is the fee? The fee for both residential and business Feng Shui consultations vary depending on the size and location of the dwelling.  Business needs and requirements vary so widely that there is no "typical" business consultation pricing.  Please contact Nadine to discuss your needs and a quote will gladly be given.  Jobs are quoted and priced on a per-project basis.

Onsite Feng Shui Consultations

During an onsite consultation, Nadine will first walk through your space assessing the flow of the chi and challenges you may be encountering. The process is an ongoing interaction between you the client and the consultant. The important thing to keep in mind is that Healing Helper is there to help you not judge your housekeeping and decorationg skills.  You will find theFeng Shui consultation to be informative, thorough and pleasant.

Distance Feng Shui Consultations

Distance floorplan evaluations are as thorough as onsite.  The work that Nadine does is to connect you spiritually with your everyday life and to consciously recognize the role your home and office play in your day to day life. 

Information to send for an existing structure:  Floorplan of your home and/or office. Please have this as close to scale as possible.  Indicate doorways, rooms, windows, heater, and electrical fuse box.  If your space encompasses several levels use a separate sheet of paper for each floor.  Indicate landing of stairs when drawing a second floor, basement, etc.  Indicate placement of rooms.  Provide a sketch of placement on lot/land with driveway indicated as this is the Mouth of the Chi.

Digital pictures or video of the building or house are optional but, helpful.  Nadine prefers pictures of the following: front of the building, entrance into the building, foyer (what you see as you enter the front door), each of the rooms in the home/office as taken from the doorway as you enter the room, picture of the back of the home/office, and pictures of the surrounding land or yard. Digital pictures and information can be e-mailed to  HealingHelper@gmail.com.  All material will be reviewed and written recommended adjustments will be made along with a telephone consultation.  Products are also available.


Optional: Include any previous history of the site.  Indicate any problems you may be experiencing since you have been living or working in the home or office.  If people have been sick in the home, please let Nadine know.
